Jim Weller gave us a thorough inspection and recommendations to get us ready for the Tenting. Jim Weller even came by a day before the tenting to give me extra food storage bags and review if my preparations were sufficient for the tenting to be done the next day. The office staff when dealing with them in person 2 times were always extremely polite, attentive and helpful. They made you feel like one of their team. The "Tenting Team" that came out under Pedro's lead were very thoughtful to come up with Ideas to protect these seven - 8" decorative plastic resin finials I had epoxied to the roof tiles. I thought there was no way they would survive tenting but Pedro's crew protected every one of them. This tent team was right on time and did everything they projected to do during the 3 day weekend tenting process. House was ready to go right on time when my wife and I returned Monday at 11am. My neighbor used a "big name" exterminator company and the dirty tent they used trashed their new paint job. Proven used what appeared to be a new tent or at least it was clean as new. My house paint looked as good as before the tenting and the total tenting cost was 61% less than what the neighbor's "big name" termite company quoted me.
