We received an inspection and estimate within a day of our call and had our questions answered to our satisfaction. "Proven" gave us the lowest of three estimates that we obtained.
One of their crews came at 7:00 AM on the Tuesday morning as promised to tent the house and we were able to leave by 9:00 AM.
Another crew finished on Thursday at 4:40 PM and posted a "Safe Re-entry Notice". The PG & E Serviceman came at 5:15 PM and re-lit the pilots to our Cooking Range, Water Heater, Heating/AC Furnace and Fireplace Insert. He also check everything for leaks and installed a new Gas Meter and was finished by 6:00 PM.
We were able to unpack and sleep in our home that same night.
