I arranged for a tech to come out and service a issue i am having with my furnace. I waited two hours for them to come. I called the shop asked if still coming. Was given the excuse that there was no place to park (plenty parking across the st. ) Tech came by and said no path to house in snow unsafe. A path leads from the road to my door and also to the neighbors door. I was told they called several times but no one answered. This was an excuse. My cell phone had been in front of me the entire time and did not show that i missed any calls. Don't bother they appearently don't want the Business! Maybe they should get a new Tech one thats not afraid to park across the St!

We are very sorry that we were unable to access your house to provide excellent service! Our technician arrived promptly at 10:00am for the 10am-12:00pm appointment window, but unfortunately, our area was hit with a snow storm and parking very limited. Our technician circled the block several times while we attempted to reach you by phone, but we were not able to leave a message, as your voicemail has not been set up. Due to safety and theft issues, we have a company policy and only allow our technicians to park in a customer’s driveway or directly in front of the customers home. WE WERE UNABLE TO PROVIDE YOU SERVICE, and we have been trying to reach you in hopes that we can make amends, and provide you the opportunity to write a review of our actual services. Unfortunately, we keep getting the same message that your voicemail has not been set up. We value each and every customer and do everything possible to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with our service.
