I had an excellent experience with Carpet Superstores Calgary, they really bent over backwards to help us out with our flooring. The salesman Byron was very helpful, especially as it took us a couple of months to be able to get them out there and do the work, but they were very patient and understanding with the time frame. They did the whole basement flooring as well as a bathroom, and they did it in about 5 and a half hours. The only small issue that happened was when one of the workers knocked a glass off a table and broke it on the floor, but that wasn't a big deal at all. The value was great at Carpet Superstores, we compared the price for what we needed done with a few other places, and found Carpet Superstores had the best value, they also had thicker pads for under the carpets at the same price as the thinner pads at other stores. Carpet Superstores Calgary did an awesome job, they were very courteous and professional while they were here, and always cleaned up their area after the work was done. I will definitely use Carpet Superstores again if I need more flooring work done, and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for similar services.
