We have been in our home now for 7years, and were in need of some new flooring replacements. On my initial visit to the store, I was greeted by Dan, who gave me a cheerful smile and offered me a fresh cup of coffee. He listened intently to my flooring requests, and showed me various products throughout their clean and inviting showroom.

Our family has decided on vinyl plank flooring throughtout the house, with carpet for the bedrooms.

Dan provided me with flooring samples as well as a quotation. That night I discussed the options with my husband. The following morning I called Dan to have him send out his estimator Lisa, to do a complete measure of our residence. The following day Dan emailed me with an updated quotation reflecting the total project cost for our residence.

I went back to the store the next day to commit to the flooring projects as detailed in the quotation.

All products selected were in stock and installation started in 3 days time. The installation crew, headed up by Serhat, did an excellent job, and were very polite and efficient while in our home.
