I spoke to Nickey in the office and she was able to get my glasstop cut quickly. They were quick and professional. I purchased a new furniture piece and I needed the glass on it to protect from renters putting sweaty cups on the furniture. We picked up the glass. It was clean and wrapped in brown paper. They gave us the button pads. It fit perfect and had pretty shiny edges. The manager Rob took it to our car and he was concerned with a metal piece in our SUV. He made sure that he protected the glass with styrophone and we were on our way. The manager was funny and very polite and professional. We will always call this company if we need them for glass stuff. It was a great experience.
