I've used Rogue Plumbing's services a couple of different times for two different condos I rent out. We're in an area where the builder installed the wrong water tanks. There's lots of problems because the water in the area just isn't a good match for the tanks so John has serviced and reserviced us, sometimes, without even charging us. He recognizes that the water tanks and piping weren't suitable for the units. He goes to extra lengths to do what he can without over charging us which is great.
