Long process, poor communication, "lost shipment" twice, changed art without approval.
This process began on April 28, 2016. Received a call from some guy who did not identify himself saying my order would not be ready on time; I assume he was talking about the koozies. Status page indicated they would arrive May 6th. They did not. I was never provided tracking information after SEVERAL requests. Finally, I get an email stating FedEx damaged/destroyed them and the order would be reprinted and shipped. Again, several requests for tracking information. And again, no response other than "let me check." Days later, receive a similar email stating the second order was lost or damaged again by FedEx. Really? They damaged two in a row? Again, followed days of no updates. Finally get an email stating that the order would sent and I would be refunded for the delays. The email also stated they "fixed" the logo at the top. A few days later when I FINALLY received my order on June 9, 2016, I was very disappointed that the logo "fix" actually changed the logo. Regardless of delays and excuses, I would have requested a refund for the unapproved change as now the logo is not the logo.
Yes, I am still waiting on that refund.
