First, the product is quite nice. My experience with the website was definitely not easy. I ordered two different products with the exact same artwork. There was no way, during the ordering process, to get the proper discounts for this order. They did promise a refund and that's where the trouble started. It took three emails, three phone calls, and over three weeks to get the refund they offered! You would think a refund would be simple, but not for this company. Buyer beware!
