This was the first time we called this company after dealing with others on a 6 month old Garage door that has been giving us trouble since day one. We called at 12:30 pm on a Friday afternoon when our garage door wouldn't open - they were at our door within 45 minutes! They were extremely professional and immediately identified the issue and had it fixed within an hour. They will be coming back to do a long term fix next week but I wish we had called PSS from the beginning instead of dealing with the original installers who ended up making things worse. We will be recommending PSS to our contractor to use in the future.
