We were with Perimeter Security Systems 17 years and they are excellent. The company is well established, the technicians are highly skilled and experienced, and we have no complaints at all. They are completely customer oriented and always looking out for their best interest. We recently moved away and have had to retire our relationship with them. However, after almost 2 decades with them, I feel we know their services and abilities pretty well. Jeff was always very good about getting back to us, especially if we had an urgent matter. He would make sure someone got out to us right away, and we really appreciated that, especially when it mattered most. They have lovely technicians that are knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful too. The only thing I would even mention as far as improvements would be the pricing for the 6 month check ups. When everything was running fine, it would still cost about one hundred and twenty-five dollars. The whole visit lasted about fifteen or twenty minutes and all they did was remove the lid and take a look. This was every six months though and it added up quickly. Overall though, we were always very pleased and satisfied with their services and would highly recommend this company.
