Airsmiths Home Performance over all was a very good company to use. This was my first time using them. They came out to fix my gas hot water heater. It had a part that had gone bad. My only disappointment with Airsmiths was the pricing. The part they had to replace is about $10 at a local hardware store and I was charged $40 plus the service call and technician time. I would like to see them offer the client the option to purchase their own part and be charged just the service call and technician time rather than being over charged for a part. Other than the pricing my experience with them was a good one. The technician was really good. He explained what was wrong and answered my questions. He was prompt and professional. I want people to know they are a good company but do your homework about the pricing of parts first. I would recommend Airsmiths Home Performance.
