This was Second time using Airsmith’s Home Performance. I purchased a whole new ac and heater unit with all new duct work to be installed. He came out gave price on products which I thought was fair. It did take them a long time to build the unit as some of their workers did not know how to assemble it, and not the same workers came out every day or did not show up at all. This service I gave a 3 because the workers left a mess on my roof leaving a hole they had to come back and fix which was done with putty. The materials for this project were over-bought but this didn’t affect me because I had a fixed price. The unit broke down on Christmas morning and Mike came out and fixed it himself and I thought that was great, we didn’t have to be cold. After a year into the unit it does work fine and the electricity bill has been reasonable. I wanted my house to be comfortable and this unit has met that. I think if Mike had a job foreman to supervise the work on-sight that some of these issues would not be issues, although the price of the service may go up the quality of service would be higher. I don’t foresee any future projects that I would need to hire these guys again but if one came up I probably would hire them.
