While their price point fell about right in the middle of what I'd seen elsewhere, their presentation was very thoughtful and seemed like it was custom designed to fit my needs. I felt like Michael was doing what was best for my home and was not just suggesting some cookie cutter fix. I also requested another air conditioner unit, and they put that in for me right away. Overall, they were very responsive and did great work. I'm very happy with them.
