I don't know anything about computers, so whenever I have a problem, I call Dave from Feist Computers. Usually, I tell him the problem over the phone, and he takes control over my computer remotely and gets it done. It's as easy as that.

I've been using him for about a year and a half, and I continue calling him because all of my experience with him has given me absolute satisfaction. I would highly recommend him.
