The people from A1 Factory Direct were very polite and did a nice job. They reinstalled carpeting in two bedrooms. They moved all the furniture in and out. The job was done on schedule and the installers from A1 Factory Direct also cleaned up afterward. During the whole process, they communicated well with us. The project went as we expected it to. We didn't have any problems. The kids like the new carpeting and so do we.
