I contracted A1 Factory Direct for the purchase of new carpeting and installation for my rental property. I had used them in the past. The carpet installation crew were on time, respectful but there was one incident where a mirror was broken. The manager that I worked with was fantastic and took care of that damage right away. I just hope the technician does not have bad luck as a result. A1 Factory made everything right so no complaints at all. I ended up saving money by using them. This was not my first time using this company and I would use them again!
