We went down to the local A1 Factory Direct showroom and picked out some new hardwood flooring. The sales staff was very nice and helpful. Their selection was very extensive and the pricing of the products was comparable to that of other flooring suppliers. I thought that the salesperson, Robert Champer, was great and very knowledgeable. We wound up buying a very high-end product too. The installers came out to our home and they were very professional and caring. They did a great job and we definitely would use them again!
