A1 Factory Direct was amazing to use! I would recommend the company to anyone looking for flooring. I had a house down in Carlsbad that I had put up for sale. I needed to have the floors done over so I could put it on the market. The sales staff were excellent to deal with over the phone. The workers went out to the property and installed the product in about one week. It was a major project with it being a four-bedroom home and a living room. The technicians were very professional and courteous. They were very knowledgeable about getting the work done efficiently. After all that work, I thought that the pricing of the project was fair and I definitely was not over-charged. The product was of the best quality and I was very impressed. I would use them again if only they had a store up in my area of San Diego.
