Robert and all the staff at the showroom, as well as the installers were friendly, customer oriented, and very helpful in the many choices I needed to make! They were never short on time or patience with me and helped me be frugal and yet have a high quality, very nice floor! They made me feel like a member of their family. Every person that walks into my home is immediately in awe and super complimentary of the carpet and the vinyl/wood planks! Thanks to all of you!
