From start to finish, the experience with A1 was terrific. Robert, our salesman, helped direct me to various luxury vinyls based on my preferences. The estimate and walk through were quick and easy. Robert even assisted in identifying areas which needed to be addressed prior to beginning the project. Robert worked directly with the contractor to schedule delivery and communicate the job. The installation team was amazing. We had our entire home refloored, so I was expecting major disruption to our life for two weeks. However, it seriously was the easiest process ever. The installation team really thought through the process to insure that our lives would have limited disruption. Every night they cleaned up and made the space as livable as it could possibly be. Tim and Josh (general contractor and lead installer respectively) were extremely professional and dedicated to doing the job right.
Our floors our beautiful and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience.
