We just bought a new home and called A1 Factory Direct. This was my first time using them and very happy that I did. I had them install all new wood flooring and new carpeting throughout. The project turned out absolutely gorgeous! I felt that they really knew what they were doing. The technicians were very good, friendly, professional and very timely. In fact, they were so good that I hired them to come right back to put in 4 inch trim throughout. It was so challenging to line up the work to be done within my schedule since we did not even live in the house yet. But A1 Factory Direct worked it out for us and made it as convenient as possible. I highly recommend them and should I need flooring done again in the future I will definitely give them a call. Loved them!
