I think they are pretty good over at A1 Factory Direct. I have used them a few times before and always had a good experience. So when it was time to have some new flooring put in I gave them a call to come out. This last visit was to install new carpeting and vinyl flooring throughout. The technician was very skilled and the workmanship was very good. I really like the way it came out. I always recommend these guys because I think they have very reasonable prices. I like that they do exactly what they tell you they are going to do, so you always know what to expect. A1 Factory Direct has excellent customer service.
