I have used A1 Factory Direct before. Recently they installed wood flooring throughout my house. It turned out well. Bob is just a great guy to work with period. I will definitely use his services again if I need more flooring installed. When you hire them, basically you don't have to worry about anything. I would tell a potential customer of theirs to absolutely hire them. And I had no problems with scheduling. Bob was really easy to work with. He's very easy to get ahold of too. He's also absolutely professional. And what's more, he and all the installers were respectful in my home. I would recommend A1 Factory Direct to my family and friends.
