This was my first time using A1 Factory Direct. They came out and recarpeted our whole house which included the living room, master bedroom, stairs, and all of the upstairs. The carpet is really good quality, and they did it all at a much better price than what was quoted by other companies. There is a seam that goes down the center of one of the rooms, but they did a good job putting it all together, and I wouldn't even know it was there if I hadn't seen them putting it together. They were very professional, gave good advice, and did good quality work.
