I am a first time customer of A1 Factory Direct. I purchased hardwood flooring for my home from them. I hired a contractor to lay the flooring down for me. The flooring seemed to be of high quality, and the contractor did not encounter any problems laying the material down. I think A1 Factory Direct had very good customer service, and the price for the flooring seemed to be competitive with other companies in the area. I am happy with my purchase, and it looks great on the floor. So, yes, I am a satisfied first time customer! Five stars all around!
