This was my first time using A1 Factory Direct. They did all of the floorings in the project we were working on, but the owner of the company oversaw a bunch of other repairs that occurred from a flood. The flooring was part of the overall project. It all turned out good. It took a little longer than we wanted, but in the end, it's all good. The in-store customer service is really good, and we had a good overall experience. I would recommend them.
