I had an issue with a flood that ended up damaging my floors. I called A1 Factory Direct to replace the old flooring with new bamboo flooring. I was really happy that the staff acted professionally and I had no issues with them in terms of communication. This was my first time using them and it was a very enjoyable experience. The person who I bought the floor with and the actual installer all did a great job. I would recommend this company to other people.
