Ian at A1 Factory Direct was fantastic. He came to our house several times to deliver samples, quoted and re-quoted a multitude of different options for us, and answered endless questions. He stuck with us despite the fact we were a bit slow to commit. The installation was great as well and we are super happy with our new carpet. I would recommend highly recommend.
