I needed flooring due to water damage and it happened to be at a time when we were traveling out of country. Bob Chamberlin and his team were very helpful in every way. Bob would keep in communication with me and made sure I had samples to match during my limited time to select. He was very patient with us while we changed our minds from time to time which I'm sure that wasn't easy. He calls you back and will be sure to contact you when he says he will. He is easy to get a hold of which I truly appreciated. His installation crew was very professional and polite while explaining the process and time frames.
