This is my second project with Delta Granite. I contacted Monica Benitez, sales manager, with the scope of my project, a small remnant for my laundry room countertop. She emailed me photo options and one was perfect for my project. She introduced me to Linnay Corley, sales associate, as my contact person. Linnay was patient and answered all my questions whenever we spoke or I sent an email. Hector Alvarez was excellent in keeping me informed as to when my utility sink arrived and checked it carefully for defects. He sent me pictures of the sink as well. I do not remember the name of the person that laser-measured my countertop dimensions, but the countertop fit like a glove. Bessie Rymer was great with layout on the granite slab and made sure the utility sink was placed on the least interesting portion of the granite. Aleyda Schuster in scheduling was easy to work with to find an installation time that worked for me. Manny and JR were my installers and were amazing!!! They were able to successfully install the countertop despite its tight fit and small amount of working space. They were tidy and used a shop-vacuum with a CLEAN filter when they drilled the hole for the faucet. There was essentially no dust. I enjoy working with the staff at Delta Granite. I have two more granite projects in the future and will be using Delta Granite. I also want to acknowledge with staff at the front desk and who answer when calling Delta Granite. They were polite, helpful, and either connected me to whomever I needed to contact, or took a thorough message.
