Delta Granite and Marble, Inc.

For the most part, my experience with Delta Granite and Marble went quite well, and I'm satisfied with the result. The only drawback of the whole experience is that there's a defect in the granite, which is a shame, and it doesn't seem to a problem with a solution, which is kind of frustrating. Honestly, they did what they said they were going to do, and they did a good job, and for that I'm glad. Everyone I interacted with was always friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated. Almost every interaction was very positive, but I was told that the defect is just how the granite came, from the granite company, and the lack of responsibility being taken and/or a solution being pursued is what makes me leave four stars instead of five. Beyond that, it was all very good, though!
