We had a horrible stain on our brand new carpet and called First Coast Chem-Dry for help. They got the stain out and saved the whole carpet! We might have had to throw that section out and count it a loss, but they did an excellent job. The young man that came out was prompt, friendly, professional, and so helpful too. He had the entire carpet shampooed in great timing plus, cleaned the tile in the kitchen as well. This was the first time I've used them and I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Overall, they did a great job and I'm so glad I called them!
