I've been using First Coast Chem-Dry for many years now, maybe 8 times in total. We had trouble with a carpet and its wear in the past, and the scientist that came out to look at it said to always have it cleaned by Chem-Dry, it's the only service they would guarantee for the life of the carpet. So I saw an ad later for First Coast (they had a different name when I first found them) and called them up, and we've been using them ever since. I've been very happy with their cleaning service, they're very prompt and usually able to come out within a couple of days or a week. The cleaning usually takes about an hour, they usually do a couple of rooms each time. Their pricing is fine, very comparable. I'm very happy with them and will keep using them.
