First Coast Chem-Dry came out to clean the carpet and it was Ryan who came out did did a nice job for us. This was the first time I had ever called them, and I would go back. I went with First Coast Chem-Dry because I wanted a dry cleaning rather than a steam cleaning. The rates for the carpet cleaning itself were reasonable but then by the time all the add-on services were charged, the rates were a bit high. Ryan was efficient and he knew his stuff. He knew the answers to any of the questions I had, came on time, worked through, and did his job nicely.
