Used First Coast Chem-Dry for the first time last week. The total customer experience was great. I received a call the day before the scheduled cleaning as a reminder and Ryan, the service technician, called the morning of the appointment to let me know he was on his way. The job that Ryan did on our carpet was excellent: stains were removed and the carpet looks great.
