We had a carpet cleaned by First Coast Chem-Dry in our family room. Someone came in and the equipment malfunctioned for him so he had to break it to stop it from dispensing water onto the rug. He took the malfunctioning equipment out and the leaking solution stained our driveway. When he first pulled in, I had asked him to insured me that he didn't have any oil leaks that could ruin the space but somehow the solution ended up staining our driveway. The job was fine, I had no real complaints about the job but he seemed young and inexperienced and even though I wouldn't hold that against anybody, I didn't like the way he managed the situation.

I also haven't been able to find any information on the solution, like a database information sheets telling me what was in what they used so I can have someone else come in and fix the stain. I can't find it online anywhere or in any of the paperwork and I think it should be accessible so I can see what it is.

If I could, I would give them zero stars for "will recommend"
