This was my first time using First Coast Chem-Dry. They were easy to use, and quick to come out. They didn't arrive at the original appointment time, but they were courteous enough to call me ahead of time and let me know that they were running late and when they would be arriving. The cleaning process was also quick, which I was pleased by. The results were good but, the previous carpet cleaning job we had, had done by another company was better. Their prices were very good.
