Waste of Money

I spent nearly $300 for a tech to come to my house and spend less then an hour (for about 1500 square feet of carpet) "cleaning" the carpet. His machines did nothing but wet the carpet, they did not remove any dirt what so ever. When I called and complained the manager was extremely rude and told me my carpet was just old and dirty and there was nothing to be done. They did offer to send someone out again to try and clean it to our satisfaction - same tech came and spent less time cleaning. No difference, no refund. Rented a Rug Doctor a few days after the second visit, it pulled up a ton of dirt and got rid of the stains. Unfortunately I was trying to save my time before moving into a new home but the moral of the story, save yourself a ton of money and rent a Rug Doctor!

Ms. Spencer, we just received your review on 6/29/15 from where we cleaned your carpet back in Feb. 2015. In order to be fair, we believe it's important to note that according to you your carpet had not been cleaned since 1993! That would be 22 years. Carpet that hasn't been properly cleaned and taken care of will ultimately not be cleanable. It's like anything else we own of any value, we must take care of it. Unfortunately, your carpet was badly soiled, stained and the traffic patterns were permanently damaged. These notes were on your invoice and you signed the invoice acknowledging the damage. We are truly sorry you feel it was our company that did so badly. We can only do so much as cleaners for carpet that was not cleaned for 22 years. And, as far as the amount of time he spent…it was over 2.5 hours of time according to our schedule. Again, we are sorry that your expectations were not met.
