We have an office building and the floors really needed a good cleaning. So we called First Coast Chem-Dry. Eric, the cleaning person, came out and he did a fantastic job! I mean, on every kind of surface. We have carpets and laminated wood flooring. The bathroom floors are tile, and he got every one of those different surfaces immaculately clean. I mean perfectly clean! He really had to scrub the bathroom floors. He was right on time, and very nice and very professional. He did such a good job that when during the COVID-19 crisis, they sent us an email about a hospital-grade sanitizing product they had available, we asked them to come back out. Eric came back out and he sanitized the whole office building, and then he came back out a second time later to re-sanitize the heavily trafficked areas. The job took less time than estimated, so they even reduced the estimated bill! We were very pleased with First Coast Chem-Dry and we would highly recommend them to everyone! They are very professional and honest people, and they do a great job!
