I decided to use the Jacksonville Chem-Dry instead of my local one because one of my friends recommended them. At first, everything was great. They were super nice when I set up the appointment and super nice when they came out for the quote and did the job. However, I noticed an odor after they left and called First Coast Chem-Dry to inquire. I'm not sure exactly what happened with the person who answered the phone, but he was quite rude to me. Later, the manager called me back to apologize and explain everything. The odor was expected to get worse before it got better because of something to do with the urine interacting with the chemicals. But, by then, I was already turned off by the rudeness of my first phone call. First Coast Chem-Dry did a fine job, but I think next time, I'll call my local Chem-Dry here in St. Augustine instead.
