First Coast Chem-Dry is always very professional and helpful. Their techs are friendly and arrive on time. I've used them a few times over the years so I know what to expect. But the techs always explain the process to me and ask if I want furniture moved or anything. They try to be clear about my expectations before starting. I have Berber Carpet which takes longer than other types of carpet to dry and I know that. But the techs always remind me. Expecting a longer dry time gives me the chance to get the dog out of the house for the whole day. The other thing I like about First Coast Chem-Dry is they never try to sell me extra services like some of the other companies do. They are there to clean the carpet and they do a good job without a sales pitch or pressure. I recommend First Coast Chem-Dry.
