I have been using First Coast Chem-Dry for years now. The first time I used them there was no problem. I referred my mother in law to them, and her place looks great, although she did have an issue with her debit card. I used them recently, and the reason I did not give them five stars is because, although the carpet area looks nice and they got all of the dirty spots, they did not cut corners with the machine. You can clearly tell where the carpet is clean, and where they did not run the machine through, as the corners look dirty. I also did not receive an invoice from the job. If I were to use them again, it would have to be a better experience.
