I have used First Coast Chem-Dry for about three years. The people they send out to clean the carpets show up on time, and are easy to get along with. Very friendly and polite. They help me move any furniture that needs moving, and they always do a great job on the carpets. I have also noticed that my carpets dry out a lot faster with their process. Overall, I feel like First Coast Chem-Dry goes above and beyond every time they come out!
