First Coast Chem-Dry was prompt to come out and evaluate what I was asking to be done. They were prompt with the cleaning as well and everything they did came out exactly as they said it would. I was pleased with the results. This was my first time working with them but I would use their service again. In fact, I'm trying to figure out when I can bring them back to do the upstairs. They're reasonable in their prices and won't charge you for more than what you need. For example, they ended up using less of a specific cleaning chemical than they expected so the charged us less because they used less. This business is high integrity, honest, and straightforward.
