Okay Service but Professional.

I have used the services of First Coast Chem-Dry before. I actually forgot that I was not satisfied with their service the first time I used them and got confused when scheduling someone to come in and clean my rug. So, when he showed up, I just let him go ahead and do what I scheduled. He could have done a better job as the result was not that great. While he was professional, I would recommend another company to clean carpets and rugs.

Debbie: Thank you for your comments. After we checked the invoice it was noted that your area rug had severe urine deposits. You elected to have the rug treated in the home and not brought back to our area rug facility where we guarantee urine odor removal 100% Guaranteed. Urine has to be flushed out and that isn't possible in the home. It was your decision. We cleaned and topically treated the rug but that is only a temporary fix and that is also noted on your invoice. Your initials are present as having been advised. If you change your mind and wish the rug to be properly treated outside the home, we will apply the money already spent towards this rug. Again, your choice.
