I've been using First Coast Chem-Dry for about a year and a half. They are excellent! The technician who has been coming to my place is very personable as well as fast and efficient. He does a great job. Overall, I'm very happy with them. He was here this morning and was just as good as he usually is. I have to recommend him very highly. The guy who manages the company is also equally personable. They have wonderful customer service. They always follow up the day before the service is due to make sure it is still convenient. They're just great!
