First Coast Chem-Dry

Not satisfied at all. Very dissappointed in results.

I was recommended to use the heavy duty cleaning, which cost more. Even though over the phone I was told it was only primarily for tough dirt and grease stains, which I had none of, the salesman said it was a better, deeper clean with much better results. We have a puppy and her mess stains are what we wanted treated, along with some minor spills. The stains reappeared with in 3 days in the problem areas that we pointed out for specific attention. After paying $159 for this service, we are not satisfied and I was wondering when I would receive a call or an email so I could point it out. For the most part the carpets are cleaned. I am not happy about being sold a more expensive treatment at getting less than mediocre results. The carpet was new when we moved in 15 months ago, the stains are not old stains, maybe a few months old, they should not be there after the chemdry service.
