This was my first time using a service to clean carpets. He arrived on time, measured the rooms' square footage, gave me the price and got to work. Approx. two hours later, he was done and my carpets (and stairs) looked clean and neat. Can't ask for more than that. Would definitely have back again and recommend to friends.
