Thank you for your review and comment of our services. In regard to the fuel surcharge, this has been in place for quite some time and we do make every attempt to make sure it is mentioned at time of booking. However, sometimes during the booking process there is a lot of discussion and it can be overlooked. I do see where a $20 discount was applied to your service. Hopefully, that helped a little for the oversight of mentioning the fuel surcharge at time of booking. We always strive to be excellent at all we do. We appreciate your business.
